Satisfies SOLAS Carriage Requirements
\n<\/strong>The GM800 meets the GMDSS (Global Maritime Distress and Safety System) MF\/HF radio requirements as required for SOLAS regulated commercial vessels engaging in international voyage. The radio meets the MED, “wheel mark” requirements for European merchant ships.<\/p>\n

Bridge Alert Management (BAM) Function
\n<\/strong>The Bridge Alert Management (BAM) function enables the bridge team to devote full attention to the safe operation of the vessel and to immediately identify any alert situation. The GM800 can be connected to the Central Alert Management (CAM) system and transfer BAM sentences through the IEC 61162-1 interface. It complies with the IEC 62923-1 and IEC 62923-2 standards.<\/p>\n

4.3 inch Wide Viewing Angle Colour Display
